This cypress group was established form nursery material by Kevin Bailey from North Wales and grown on a plastic tray. Kevin gave this to Craig some time ago. It was in this tray for nearly 8 years and was time for a new beginning

The group was wired

The trees were re set and the entire group re potted into a shallow oval

Common Juniper Yamadori Juniper Communis

The Juniper was originally collected by Robert Porch in Scotland and apart from a repot and a small amount of carving, the tree had not been styles. The vigour had been established though so it was time to start a styling. Being Juniper this would take around three years. There is an earlier picture which we are trying to locate. This was the first styling when I bent the very tall branch over
this is the second year when the branches were placed. Craig would establish the health and vigour meantime stage

Juniper Old Gold Restyle
Juniper Old Gold. Originally styled by Gary Marcha;l from America. However the juniper was too long in the branches so after recovering the vigour Craig brought the branch structure nearer the trunk. I was now going to restyle the tree and get it into shape.
