'The 4 Seasons'. Limited edition.
Cranes mate for life and when I created these
images I wanted to show a pair of cranes in each season.
I truly like the idea of loyalty and devotion in a partnership or marriage and
this is whey the Four Seasons came onto being.
These are all hand painted watercolours on cotton paper. The scroll is mounted
in various silks depicting the season
and the ends are hand turned lacquered wood. Each set is slightly different and
each box for these sets are hand made to
fit that particular set.

for closer examination. After you open the Thumbnail, run your cursor over the
bottom right corner and that opens the image up to a very large file.

SOLD NOTICES-While I sell scrolls of course perhaps the design that you wish may have already been sold-however, if you can not find an alternative design of Scroll, I can redo that design with some variation to make it slightly different and this will take 6 to 8 weeks normally. I take payment for an ordered design.
