EX	The condition is excellent!! There is a little aged deterioration.
A	The condition is good! There are little dirt and a stain by the aged deterioration.
B	The condition is normal. There are little dirt, a stain, or a tear by the aged deterioration .
C	The condition is not good. There is a tear or damage by the aged deterioration.
BAD	The condition is bad. There is damage that is not the aged deterioration. (Water damage etc)
